It is with great sadness and sorrow we announce the passing of Lorenzina De Santis on August 6th, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. Lorenzina was born in Castel Di Ieri Italy, on August 23rd, 1940 and moved to North Vancouver in 1960 to be with her husband Domenico, of 54 years. She is survived by her daughter Sandra Troiano (Antonio), Son John (Anna) and her beloved grandsons Adriano, Domenico, Giovanni and Mauro, her brother Tonino Campomizzi (Franca) as well as many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday August 13th at 12:00 p.m. at Holy Trinity Parish, 2725 Lonsdale Avenue, North Vancouver, B.C. Entombment to follow at Oceanview Cemetery. The family would like to express a special thank you to Dr. Holmes and Dr. Shaw as well as the staff of The North Shore Hospice. Donations on Lorezina’s behalf to the B.C. Cancer Society or the North Shore Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
