I knew Maria since her start at Simon's. 
We often shared conversations about our families.
Always passionate about her family and dedicated to her work.
She will be sadly missed by many.

In Loving Memory of Marysia

My beloved Marysia.

Marysia has been part of my entire life, from the very beginning until now.

We were always very close. Even though we lived far apart, we stayed connected—keeping in touch, visiting each other whenever we could, meeting in different corners of the world.

My last memory of her is from Poland, when she spent some wonderful time with us. As always, those days were joyful, full of energy, laughter, and fun—just like Marysia herself.

I, along with my family, will miss her deeply. Her warmth, her spirit, and her presence will forever remain in our hearts.

Poland 2017 - a fine meal with my cousin.

Our beautiful and beloved Ciocia Marysia, affectionately known as CM. 

CM will be remembered as someone who had a true love for life that she filled with so many amazing memories and experiences. She would joke that she didn’t know when her time would come and therefore needed to make sure she spent all of her money before then. I always loved hearing about her many travel adventures with her big group of friends. 

Visits from CM were always exciting as they meant trips to the theatre, fancy lunches and shopping days. She would spoil us all constantly and thanks to her I have the best bra and jewellery collection a 25 year old could only dream of. 

Most importantly she was fiercely loyal and caring to those she loved. She was the proudest Babcia and always so excited to tell us about Sofia and John. She has also kept my Babcia’s memory alive with so many stories throughout all these years and I hope we do the same for her. 

I will miss her so much but feel so lucky and grateful that she’s been such a prominent figure in my life. 

Wishing I could give everyone a very big hug.

We are deeply saddened by the unexpected passing of Marysia and our thoughts are with her family and friends.

Marysia has always brought plenty of joy and energy, and that’s what we will remember her by.  Despite the distance to Europe, she was always present on so many occasions, happy or sad, supporting so many family occasions.

My last memory of Marysia was in London last year when we had a wonderful time catching up with Helenka and her - remembering old times, talking about present, joking and laughing. A perfect summary of Marysia.

May she rest in peace and may we continue to remember her by the joy that she has brought to us all!

Dear Helena,

My heart aches for you. I was so deeply saddened to hear of your Mama’s passing. She wasn’t just a friend - I admired her, laughed with her, leaned on her, and cherished her for over 50 years. She was a true constant in my life, and I will miss her more than words can say.

I can only imagine how hard this is for you. Losing a mother leaves a space no one else can fill, and I hope you're wrapped in the love and support of those who care so deeply for you. Please know I’m here—whether you want to talk, share memories, or simply sit in quiet company.

Your Mom spoke of you often and with such pride. Her strength, warmth, and grace live on in you—anyone who knows you can see it.
