Ruth Eileen Dick

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ruth Eileen Dick, a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who departed this world on December 26, 2025. Born on August 29, 1946, Ruth was a beacon of joy and laughter, celebrated for her infectious laugh and kind spirit. Her passion for life shone through in her love for tending to her vibrant flowers, taking daily walks along the seawall, and nurturing her many dear friendships.

Ruth shared a beautiful life with her husband, John, filled with adventures and love. Together, they embarked on sunny winter escapes to Palm Springs and enjoyed countless memorable cruises to Mexico. Ruth and John played an integral role in their grandchildren’s lives, never missing a birthday party or graduation, and relishing in summer visits together.

Affectionately known as "GG" by her great-grandsons, Ruth found immense joy in reading to them and treasuring their playful moments. In her final days, she delighted in watching videos of their antics, a testament to her enduring love for her family. Ruth leaves behind three children, Robin (Blake), Jamie (Lynn), and Derek; three grandchildren, Katey, Russell (Cara), and Ally (Tyler); and four great-grandsons, Max, Finn, Dax, and Chase.
