She was born in Omaha, NE, to Fred and Barbara Maryott on September 9th, 1953.
Sue devoted her life to loving her family, especially her 6 grandkids. She loved shopping and crafts and talking to her sisters.
Sue has been reunited in Heaven with her father and her dear friend Anncie Maddox.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Chris Brown, grandchildren, Samantha, Mackenzie, Cameron, Taylor, Jordan and Evan Brown, her mother Barbara Maryott, sisters, Sharon Beach (husband Bill), Karen Miller (husband Carey), brother Jim Maryott, and four nephews and a niece.
Sue was loved by all who knew her. Working for 17 years at Westlake City Hall, she will be missed by those who got to know her.
A special thanks to the nursing staff at Harbor Hospice, making her final days special.
The family will welcome the public for visitation Wednesday, January 11, 2023 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at Hixson Funeral Home of Westlake. Visitation will resume the following day, Thursday at 12:00pm until time of service at 2:00pm. Interment will follow at Westlake Memorial Park Cemetery.
