Delbert Lynn Wilson

He was a lifelong resident of the Westlake area who was an avid outdoorsmen that loved to hunt and fish. Delbert was employed with the City of Westlake until retiring after 25 years.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 30 years, Melissa Wilson; daughter, Kathryn Duncan and husband Chris Walkin; grandchildren, Samson and Lilette Walkin; brothers, Steve "Buck" Wilson and wife Beverly, TJohn Wilson and wife Kay and Ronald Bertrand; and numerous, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his parents and son, Delbert Lynn Wilson, Jr.

The family will welcome relatives and friends on Saturday, July 16, 2022 beginning at 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Hixson Funeral Home of Westlake. A Celebration of Life will be held in the funeral home at 3:00 p.m.
