Shirley Barbara (Christmas) Chaline

Shirley was a graduate of Westlake High School. She attended Bellview Baptist Church in Westlake, LA until failing health. She was a member of the Westlake Order Of The Eastern Star. Shirley proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her first husband Lou Royal, and second husband Joe Chaline; son, Michael Royal; brothers; Eugene and Harvey Christmas.

Those left to cherish her memories are her sister Betty Jo Morgan and husband Clyde of Westlake, LA; two granddaughters Mallory Royal and Haley Royal; step-daughter, Judy Fabacher and husband Johnny; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Shirley will be held Sunday, August 8, 2021 from 12:00pm-2:00pm, with funeral services officiated by Reverend Don Moon beginning at 2:00pm, at Hixson Funeral Home of Westlake, LA

In lieu of flowers the family has asked for contributions to a charity of choice.
