Livia Cristina Bucsa, of Lakewood, passed away on October 15, 2025, at the age of 68. She was born on August 21, 1957 in Victoria, Romania, the beloved daughter of the late Nistor Bucsa and her mother, Elvira Bucsa (nee Savu) who passed away October 17, 2025.
Livia is the loving sister Adrian M. Bucsa (Iuliana); adored aunt of Deanna McKinney (Eric) and Andraya Moon (Jarrod) and great-aunt of Owen, Emersyn and Hazel McKinney and Willow Moon.; adored niece of Nelu Savu, Lucian Elisei (Daniela).
She was a dedicated occupational therapist whose compassion touched many lives. A lifelong lover of the arts, she held a membership with the Cleveland Museum of Art and often attended performances at Playhouse Square. Her creativity shone through in the beautiful jewelry she made for her family. She had a special love for flowers, which she kept throughout her home, bringing brightness to every room. She also enjoyed spending time with family and friends, cherishing every opportunity to gather and share in laughter and good company.
A joint visitation honoring her and her mother will be held on Monday, October 27, 2025 from 4PM-7PM with a Saracusta service at 5PM at Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home, 23040 Center Ridge Rd., Westlake, Ohio. Their funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10AM at St. Mary;s Romanian Orthodox Cathedral, 3256 Warren Rd., Cleveland, Ohio. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in North Olmsted, Ohio.
