Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada she was a physical education teacher while raising a family. She lived in Philadelphia, Pa, from 1954 to1955, Columbus, Ohio from 1955 to 1959, North Olmsted from 1959 to 1998, and Elyria until moving to St Petersburg, Fla in 2023.
She was predeceased by her husband of almost 50 years, Victor R Fulthorpe, and a brother Philip T Briard of Kelowna, British Columbia.
Mrs Fulthorpe was a member of Hi-Lo Ohio, a recreational vehicle group, and the Sierra Club. She enjoyed gardening, birding, hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing.
Survivors include sons Douglas R (Ginger) of St. Petersburg, Fla and David M (Gloria) of Coarsegold, Calif, a grandson Steve, and a great-grandson Camden.
A memorial service will be held at 1:30 pm, Sunday, February 22nd at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, St Petersburg, Fla.
Entombment will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Avon, Ohio.
