She was born in Lakewood, the daughter of the late George and Elizabeth (nee Pastirik) Woyansky. Ruth is the beloved wife of 48 years to Roger; loving mother of Christopher (Karen) and Kate (Brian) Kelly; cherished grandmother of Connor and Grace Kelly and Norah and Jude Williams; dear sister of the late Betty (Paul) Misencik, George (Diane) Woyansky Jr. and Rita Schroder; adored aunt of many.
Ruthie went to high school at St. Joseph Academy. After high school she worked as a bookkeeper for several companies, her highpoint working at Jacobs Brothers developers until she left to be a Mom of her two children. Along with raising her children she loved growing her flowers and roses. She also became a lover of animals, especially her dogs. Her greatest passion, up until the pandemic, was being an all-inclusive grandmother to her four grandchildren.
All services will be private. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. She will be laid to rest at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Avon. In lieu of flowers consider a donation to Friendship Animal Protective League of Lorain County. http://friendshipapl.com/
