Eileen Marie Fore

Eileen Fore (Sullivan) of Thousand Oaks California passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at the age of 85. Eileen was born in upstate NY and moved to Bethpage NY as a teenager. She was an avid musician, and oldest of 6, which led to her nurturing and kind spirit.

Eileen worked as an art director and in 1976 moved to California. Always learning, Eileen graduated from Ventura College with an Associate in Arts, Moorpark College with an Associate in Science and Cal State Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts at the age of 54, An accomplishment she was very proud of.

Eileen was a free spirit who enjoyed music, dancing, motorcycle riding and drag racing. All around she just really enjoyed and lived life. A devout Catholic and a friend to all she encountered. She always put others first and was a devoted mother, grandmother and sister.

She is survived by her daughter Donna Blut (Knickman) and son-in-law Elliot Blut, son Roy Knickman, daughter Jeri Bartle and son-in-law Rex Bartle, daughter Katherine Fore, sister Lorraine Libschik and favorite brother-in-law Frank Libschik, brother John Sullivan and sister-in-law Donna Sullivan and Grandchildren Kylie Butler, Davis Butler, Bo Knickman, Travis Bartle, Jeremy Bartle and Jake Bartle. She was preceded in death by her Granddaughter Luna Knickman.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at St. Paschal Baylon Church, 155 E. Janns Road, Thousand Oaks, CA on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. with refreshments and a celebration of live following at Atria Assisted Living, 405 Hodencamp Rd., Thousand Oaks, CA. Internment will follow at a later date.
