George Wesley Shaw of Ventura, California was called up to his Lord in Heaven on April 5, 2023. Mr. Shaw was 90+ when he passed at Ariannah’s Place, an assisted care home, in Thousand Oaks ,CA where he had been battling pancreatic cancer for 18 months. Mr. Shaw was married to Goldie (Dugstad)Shaw for almost 40 years, and she has preceded him to Heaven. He has a Bonus-son and Bonus-daughter, and 7-Grandchildren and 4-Great Grandchildren. Bonus-son Eric and Granddaughter Jillian, are also together in Heaven. Mr. Shaw grew up around Philadelphia Pennsylvania until his motorcycle ride across country, at 17 years of age, brought him to sunny Santa Monica where he eventually married Goldie(Dugstad) Webster. Mr. Shaw was the son of George and Delia Shaw of Philadelphia, who both are deceased.
