

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Judith lived 81 wonderful years. Judy was born February 7, 1934 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Wilbert and Ann Dale. She moved with her family to Belmont Shore, CA when she was eighteen and has stayed in California for the rest of her life. Judy passed peacefully on July 8th at the age of 81 at Kaiser Hospital, Woodland Hills surrounded by family, as a result of complications of pneumonia.
She worked many jobs over the years primarily in accounting and payroll fields. Most recently she worked for the Conejo Park and Recreation District processing payroll. Judy had many interests and hobbies including going on several cruises with her husband Bill. They also loved to go on casino trips with friends and family. She enjoyed many card games including Bridge, Poker, and Cribbage.
For the last 20 plus years her and Bill lived at the Thunderbird Oaks mobile home park where they made many good friends and enjoyed the many activities there including the weekly poker game. The most important in her life was her family, she was married to the love of her life Bill in November of 1955 and they had 59 ½ happy years together.
She was happiest watching her sons as they grew and participated in multiple sports. Judy with Bill enjoyed coaching and never missed watching them in Bowling, Baseball and Soccer. She was a proud grandmother who enjoyed every minute she could with Ryan, Nicole, Michelle, Melissa and Jessica.
She is survived and will be greatly missed by her husband Bill, son Greg (Yolanda), grandchildren Ryan (Chelsi), Nicole, Michelle, Melissa (Isaac), Jessica (Jeff), great grandchildren Skylar, Nola and Rowan.
She was preceded in death by parents, Wilbert and Ann Dale, Stepdad Claude and sons Michael Dale and Jonathan Drew.
Judith has been entrusted to Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks Memorial Park, 5600 Lindero Canyon Rd., Westlake Village. Condolences may be sent to Hying family at www.PierceBrothersvalleyoaks.com. Services will be held Pierce Brothers Chapel, Sunday, July 19th at 10AM followed by a gravesite service. After the services a celebration of life will be at the Thunderbird Oaks Clubhouse at approximately 12:30pm
