This is a specialy sad day for me since the memorial of a long time colleague coincides with the passing of my father 11 years ago this day. Please accept my deepest condolences on the passing of your husband, father, and grandfather. Mehdi was a legend and his legacy will last for a long time to come. God bless his soul.

Mehdi lived his life with caring, loving spirit and great character.  His memory never dies in my mind as a classmate and dear friend.  My condolences to his family and my classmates.

Growing up with Nader, I knew Mehdi Heydari as a great man that  was a hugely meaningful part of my teenage years.  He will be greatly missed by many.  Our condolences to the entire Heydari family, particularly Nader, Shadi and Fariba.

We are greatly saddened by the loss of Daaee Mehdi. Although we know that he is alive and well on the other side, we will miss him terribly on this side. He was a loving uncle and offered encouragement and support to our family whenever it was needed. He will be missed but never forgotten. Thank you Daaee Mehdi for the laughs, the happy years and the times we spent with you and your family in your home. Thank you for being a light in this world; and now you walk in the light in the next.

It was an honor knowing and working with Mehdi!  My monthly reports and his red marks are not going to be the same!  Thank you for sharing all the fantastic photos!  If you knew Mehdi, the photos definitely show his personality!  My condolences to the Heydari family.

Mr. Heydari was a man who impacted the lives of many. Growing up with Nader, Mr & Mrs Heydari accepted me into their loving home many times. I will always remember Fariba cooking (I can still smell the zereshk polo) and Mehdi working hard but at the same time the life of the party with his wonderful laugh and that smile that always made me smile!

Hearing of this great loss has left me broken-hearted. I came across a quote that I wanted to share: " Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us everyday...unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed and very dear." Much love always

I only got to know Mehdi over the last year and half. He was always kind, gentle and upbeat. I am sure he will be missed terribly by his close friends and family but take comfort in the loving memories you have with him.

It was last November that I say Mehdi again.  I embraced him with all the Texan in me I had.  It was a moment where I could impart my most sincere gratitude for the wonder mentor Mehdi was to me.  Most of his guidance was by telephone or email.  That was the unfortunate part of the friendship we cultivated.  It was the company meetings where we had time to talk about life in general.  So, it was last November that I was able to say goodbye and to relate to Mehdi that he was in my Prayers.  I am grateful to have been a very small part of his life.  I am sure we will see each other again one day.

Mehdi has left many good memories with many of us here in Sacramento.  Our prayers and heart felt sympathies go to you all.

My condolences to Heydari family, Mehdi was a colleague, a mentor and a gentleman and will be greatly missed.

Mehdi was always there to provide a guiding hand, for that we will always be grateful and will return to his wise words often.  I'll always be able to envision him on the dance floor doing his moves at all of our banquets for years to come!  You are missed...

My condolences to Mehdi's family. Watching him twirl around with such joy on the dance floor at the Vanir ball has been one of the highlights of the year for the past 8 years for me. His infectious smile will be greatly missed.
