She was born on November 3, 1937 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Esther and Joseph MacMichael.
Patricia was preceded in passing by her husband of 51 years, Donald, and her daughter Carolyn.
Patricia is survived by her sister Jerri, brother Warren, son Steven, and daughter Barbara.
She showered her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, with love and affection.
