My dear Salma,
You are often in my thoughts and I still remember your beautiful soul. I just hope you know how much you are loved and that you’re dearly missed. May your laughter, love, kindness, and strength live on forever.

Salma, i miss you so much. I remember Spring 2014 when you helped me and the chem club organized and setup our team’s “relay for life” station. We had such a great time, walking around the field, and talking about our lives, future, and aspirations. You touched the lives of so many people with your geniune, loving, and caring personality. I wish you were still here with us. You are always and forever in my heart. Please watch over us, until the day we meet again.

I'm sure the reason you've come back here to Salma is because you were also thinking of her too. That's how beautiful she still is in our hearts right now.

From the moment you came into my life,

A bright, sweet little girl with a smile that made your

within and I instantly fell in love with you.
Blessed to watch you grow into an amazing young lady.
You became my inspiration, my rainbow in the sky.
A brilliant diamond that everyone wish they had. 
Simply the strongest, bravest and most intelligent person

You made me strive to be a better person.

I love you for infinite

It is hard to comprehend that a beauitful spirit like Salma is gone from this world. I was looking through her Instagram  yesterday, and I realized she wrote, "I like to make the best of not so great situations" as part of her description. The only way I can deal with her passing is with those words. First, because I know that she did find happiness every day. And second, because her words tell us to find small blessings in this tragedy. Even when she was struggling, she emitted pure kindness. And she introduced me to the fragility of life. Salma taught me to be and made me kinder and more motivated. Just like she taught and changed many people. The positive changes that she inspires in us are blessings. 

I miss Salma, and wish that she was still here. The least I can do is try to emulate the qualities that she possesed that made the world so much brighter.

I miss you and love you Salma. We still talk about you everyday, because you are part of all of our lives and adventures <3 I know that you're at peace somewhere, and that your energy is part of this beautiful world that you loved so much.

I met Salma when she was a junior volunteer with Valley Cats. We got to watch her grow into a lovely young woman.  When she was on break from college she would pop in to say Hi and visit the kitties. We were so proud of her. Her beautiful smile will be missed. 

My heart goes out to her family and all who loved her.
