Prayer Service - Lễ Phát Tang - Cầu Siêu, will be held at Peek Funeral Home, located at 7801 Bolsa Ave, Westminster, CA 92683, in Chapel #5 on January 20, 2025, from 9:00 am to 10:30 am.
Visitation will take place at the same venue, Peek Funeral Home, in Chapel #5 on January 20, 2025, from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, and on January 21, 2025, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.
The funeral service, including witness cremation - Lễ Di Quan - Hỏa Táng, will occur at Peek Family Crematory on January 21, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
The family requests the funeral service and witness cremation be limited to family and close friends
