Following the prayer service, a visitation, "Thăm Viếng," will take place at the same venue from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm on October 28, 2025, in Chapel #1.
The funeral mass, "Thánh Lễ An Táng," will be conducted on October 29, 2025, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, located at 14072 Olive St, Westminster, CA 92683.
Monique Thi Ta will be laid to rest at Westminster Memorial Park, located at 14801 Beach Blvd, Westminster, CA 92683. The service will occur on October 29, 2025, from 11:00 am to 11:30 am.
