Barbara Doll

Barbara, along with her husband, George, lived in Hillsdale for over 40 years, where they raised their seven children. Barbara was active in Saint John the Baptist parish, choir and school. She was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Barbara was a very loving Catholic woman who prayed the rosary daily. She loved everyone and always believed in forgiveness.

Barbara’s husband, George, died in 1989 after 37 years of marriage. She also lost her beloved only son, Raymond, in 2006. She is survived by six children: Barbara (and husband, Evan), Maryanne, Jeanne (Bill), Pegie, Kathy (Ken), and Tracy (Frank); and ten grandchildren: Mike (Darcy), Molly (Sam), Jennifer, Daniel, Sarah, Tim, George, Katie, Alycia and Raymond.

The family will receive friends and relatives at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, from 2:00-4:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm on Sunday, April 2. A funeral mass celebrating Barbara‘s life and faith will be held at Our Lady of Mercy R.C. Church, 46 Pascack Road, Park Ridge, NJ on Monday, April 3 at 10:30AM. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Our Lady of Mercy Haiti Scholarship Fund, or your favorite charity, would be appreciated.
