SCHOENBAECHLER, Charles Fred, 91, of Southold, NY, formerly of River Edge, NJ, passed away Wednesday, September 5, 2012. Born and raised in River Edge, NJ to Charles and Emma Schoenbaechler. Charles served his country proudly in the Navy during WWII. He was a dedicated member of American Legion Post 142 in Maywood, NJ as well as Masonic Lodge 194 in Ridgefield Park, NJ. Devoted husband of Florence Schoenbaechler. Loving father of Elaine Boreman and her husband John, Don Schoenbaechler and his wife Kathy, Dianne Mills, and Nancy Carew and her husband Kelly. Beloved grandfather of Robin Sperry and her husband Tom, Jill Duncan and her husband Ross, Dan Schoenbaechler, Kerri Napoli and her husband Andrew SPC, Rick Mills, Dr. Heather Carew, and Stacey Presley and her husband Jason. Dear great grandfather of Aaron, Alicia and Austin Sperry, Ethan Duncan, Lincoln Presley, and Andy Napoli. Cherished brother of Dorothy Krudener. The family will receive their relatives and friends at Becker Funeral Home on Friday, 2-4 and 7-9PM. There will be a chapel service at Becker Funeral Home on Saturday at 10AM. Interment to follow at Hackensack Cemetery, Hackensack, NJ.
