TOMS RIVER - Frances, 99, passed away with family by her side on October 21, 2022. Frances was born in NYC and called Harrington Park her home for 56 years before retiring to Toms River, NJ. Pre-deceased by her husband Charles in 2003 and her daughter Catherine Campbell in 2018. “Nana” to 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren Frances enjoyed and told the family every day she loved them all. Survived by sons, Charles (Yvonne), Thomas (Rita), son-inlaw George Campbell, and daughters Donna Solari (Peter) and Margaret Flusk (Thomas). Visitation will be at Becker Funeral Home in Westwood on Wednesday, October 26 4:00-8:00 pm. Funeral mass will be at Our Lady of Victories church in Harrington Park on Thursday, October 27 at 10:00 am.
