

Frank was born in New York City and was a resident of Emerson, NJ for 54 Years. After an accomplished semi professional baseball career pitching for teams in Albany NY and Goldsboro NC, Frank served in the US Army in Korea and was Honorably discharged in 1953.
On return from Korea he began attending the City College of NY where he obtained his Masters Degree in Physical Education. He was soon employed by the college and went on to coach numerous Baseball and Fencing teams until his retirement. He had a particular passion for fencing and during his tenure as fencing coach he had the pleasure of coaching two CCNY fencers to become All-Americans.
After his retirement Frank enjoyed creating custom made knives and swords as well as re-finishing furniture and wood working.
He also was a member of the United Methodist Church Choir, and sang with the Orpheus Group of Ridgewood N.J.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years Lucille, née Culp and their children, Christopher, his wife Dawn Seeley, Lisa and her husband Richard Giannone, Beth Anne and her husband Robert Schmitt.
He is also survived by their grandchildren, Kelly John, Vincent, Grace, Chistopher Jr, Emily Anne and Morgan Faye.
The family will be receiving relatives and friends at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Rd., Westwood N.J on Thursday, December 11, from 2-4 and 7-9PM.
There will be a service on Friday, December 12 at 10am at the funeral home with interment following at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus, NJ.
