Gary Allen Kunst

Gary A. Kunst, 68 years old of Old Tappan passed away on February 17, 2013. Born in Plattsburg, NY, he lived in Wyckoff before moving to Old Tappan 17 years ago. Gary loved his family and always cared for his friends in need. He was self-employed computer consultant, who loved golf and was a past member of the High Mountain Golf Club and 3 time Club Champion. He was predeceased by his parents, Werner and Verna Gross and his sister Barbara Hanson. He is survived by his beloved wife of 32 years, Karen (Barbagallo) Kunst; his daughter Heather Gold and her husband Jeremy; his son, Chris Spangler and his wife Joy and their children Zach and Zoe; his brothers, Neil Kunst and his wife Carol, Rodney Kurst and his wife Carol; his sisters, Karol Snyder and her husband Terry, Paula Shepard and Marlena Gross; his father and mother-in-law, Sal and Lorraine Barbagallo and many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9pm with a funeral service on Thursday 11am at the Becker Funeral Home. Private cremation will follow.
