Joan Beth Sharma

Born on May 22, 1953, Joan was known for her warmth, generosity, and the unwavering love she carried for her family. She touched countless lives with her kindness, strength, and gentle spirit, leaving behind memories that will be cherished forever. She was deeply devoted to her Eastern Star and Church families, finding purpose, friendship, and community in both.

Joan is survived by her husband, Dave Van Harken; her sons, John Keizer and his wife Jennifer Bradley-Weiss; son Jason Keizer; her sister, Ruth Ann and her husband Tom Romano, sister Dorrie and her husband Robert Simon. She is also survived by her nephew, Robert Romano and his wife Keri; her nieces, Kristen and her husband Paul Sweder, Jennifer Romano, Michelle and her husband Justin Davidoff, Rachel Schaffner and her fiancé Sean Burgess; her granddaughter, Emily Keizer; as well as five great-nieces and three great-nephews. She will be deeply missed by all who loved her.
