FREEBURN, John R., 84, of Mahwah, NJ, formerly of New Milford, NJ, passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2016. He was born in New York City to John and Mary Freeburn. Beloved husband of Theresa Freeburn. Devoted father of Kevin Freeburn and his wife Kathy, Kathleen Freeburn and her husband Gregory . Dear brother of Mary Harvey and her husband James. He is predeceased by his brother Thomas Freeburn and his wife Jacqueline. Loving grandfather of Caroline, Katelyn and the late Mary Elizabeth. The family will receive their relatives and friends at Becker Funer al Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ on Sunday, June 5 from 3-7PM. The Funeral Mass celebrating John’s life and faith will be held at St. Anthony’s R.C. Church, 36 West Nyack Road, Nanuet, NY on Monday, June 6 at 10AM with interment to follow at St. Anthony’s Cemetery, Nanuet, NY.
