Karmen Civan was the daughter of Harry and Zaruhi Civan and was born in Istanbul, Turkey. She came to the United States at a young age of 3 years old and was raised in Fort Lee, New Jersey. Karmen went to Sunday School and Armenian School and attended Ithaca College in Upstate New York. She loved life to the fullest. She is survived by her twin sister Elizabeth Flynn and two nephews, Daniel and Christopher and many cousins.
