Lois Re

RE, Lois, 80, of Park Ridge, NJ, formerly of River Vale, passed away with her loving family by her side, on Friday, November 17, 2017. She was born in Union City, NJ to Louis and Sadie Goi. Beloved wife and high school sweetheart of Anthony Re. Devoted mother of Donna O’Neill and her husband Mike, Toni Buckley and her husband Peter, Lori Brophy and her husband John. Dear sister of Rita Jennick and the late Cpl. Louis Goi, USMC. Loving grandmother of Robert, Danny, Brian, Kristina, Ryan, Tyler, Tim, Kyle, Kelly, Sean, Michael and Michelle. Lois was a parishioner of St. Andrew’s R. C. Church, Westwood, NJ for 59 years where she taught CCD and coached Girls CYO Cheerleading. For all those who knew Lois, her true warmth and kindness shone through her and left a lasting imprint upon their hearts. She was a wonderful wife, loving mother and most adored and cherished Mema. The family will receive their relatives and friends at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ on Sunday, November 19 from 2-7PM. The Funeral Liturgy celebrating Lois’ life and faith will be held at St. Andrew’s R.C. Church, Westwood, NJ on Monday, November 20 at 10AM. Interment will follow at Madonna Cemetery, Fort Lee, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lois’ name to St. Andrew’s R.C. Church, Westwood, NJ or one’s favorite charity.
