Marilyn A. Longstreet

Marilyn A. Driscoll-Longstreet (Farrell), 77 years old of Manahawkin, NJ passed away peacefully at her daughter’s home in Hillsdale, NJ. Born in Newark, she lived in West Orange, NJ before moving to Manahawkin, NJ over 12 years ago. Marilyn worked for NJ Bell/Verizon before retiring. She was predeceased by her 1st husband, Frank H. Driscoll and her 2nd husband, Donald Longstreet, her son, Frank J. Driscoll and her brother, Frank Farrell. Marilyn is survived by her daughter, Donna Ennis and her husband Patrick; her step sons, Donald Longstreet and his wife Nina, Duane Longstreet and his wife Susanne and Kenneth Longstreet and his wife Connie; her sisters, Linda Doscher and her husband Howard and Helen Scalza and her husband Frank; her brother Richard Farrell and his wife Joann; her sister-in-law, Mary Farrell, and her grandchildren, Steven, Brendan, Ryan, Ashley, D.J., Kenny, Trevor, Samantha, Kyle and Josh. Family and friends can gather for the Funeral Mass on Saturday 10:30am at St. Rose of Lima Church, 312 Ridgedale Ave., East Hanover, NJ. The interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, E. Hanover, NJ. Visiting hours will be held on Friday 4-8pm at the Becker Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital or the Community Hospice of Bergen County in Marilyn’s memory.
