A Mass celebrating Pat's life and faith will be held on Thursday, August 4th, 2016 at 10AM at St. John The Baptist R.C. Church in Hillsdale, NJ with entombment at Garden Of Memories in Twp. Of Washington, NJ to follow. The family requests memorial contributions to be made in Pat's name to the Hospice Of St. Francis, 125 Grumman Place, Titusville, FL 32780.
