Beloved Sister, Aunt, and Friend
Patricia “Teshie” Braden, who filled every room with warmth, humor, and kindness, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and adventure. She lived her life with a generous heart, a deep devotion to her Catholic faith, and an unwavering commitment to the people she cherished most.
Teshie’s faith guided her through life’s joys and challenges. It offered her strength, comfort, and purpose, and she lived its teachings through the compassion she extended to everyone she met.
One of Teshie’s greatest passions was travel. She had an adventurous soul and delighted in exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and embracing the beauty of the world. Her passport was full, but her heart always returned to Aruba — her beloved escape. The island’s sunshine, beaches, and calm brought her immeasurable joy that she shared with friends and family.
Family was the anchor of Teshie’s life. She is preceded in death by her siblings Mary Ann, John, Leonard, and Joan, each of whom she carried lovingly in her heart. She honored their memory with the same devotion she showed them in life.
She is survived by her niece, Patricia Budres, Patricia’s husband Michael, and their children — Christopher, Michael, and Jennifer, along with her husband Jonathan, and their son Jameson. Family always held a special place in Teshie’s heart, bringing her endless pride and joy. To her family, she was more than an aunt; she was a source of unconditional love.
To her friends, Teshie was cherished for her thoughtful nature, joyful laugh, and genuine ability to make others feel valued. She built deep, lasting relationships and touched many lives simply by being herself — kind, caring, and full of life.
Patricia “Teshie” Braden leaves behind a family who adores her and a circle of friends forever grateful for the time they shared with her. Her faith, her love of adventure, and her generous spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.
