Ann (zapla) Kycia

Ann (Czapla) Kycia, 78, of Rocky Hill, widow of Joseph F. Kycia, passed away on Wednesday, (March 22, 2006). She was born in Hartford, daughter of the late Anthony and Christine (Buczko) Czapla and had lived in the area all of her life. She was a secretary retiring from the State of Connecticut. She leaves a brother and sister-in-law, John and Felicia Czapla of Hartford, sisters-in-law, Bea Czapla of Newington and Lillian Czapla of Wethersfield, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Edward and Helen Kycia of Wethersfield, Michael and Dorothy Kycia of Glastonbury, Julian and Jean Kycia of Pittsfield, MA. and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers, Stanley, Anthony and Joseph Czapla and sisters, Mary Ann Czapla and Sr. Mary Fidelis. Funeral services will be Monday, March 27 with a Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m. in St. James Church, Rocky Hill. Burial will follow in Village Cemetery, Wethersfield. There are no calling hours.
