Carmela Nellie Faust Healey (Senofonte)

Carmela “Nellie” (Senofonte) Faust Healey, 87, of Melbourne, FL, formerly of Harold Street, Wethersfield, died peacefully, Tuesday September 20, 2011 in Florida. She was predeceased by her husband, Clinton E. Healey, Jr. and her first husband, Joseph T. Faust. She was born in Hartford, July 17, 1924 and was the daughter of the late Angelo and Santina (Perez) Senofonte. Nellie loved her family more than anything and cherished the time she spent with them. Red Hatter’s. She is survived by her five children, her son, Samuel J. Faust and wife Laura of Nashville, TN, her daughters, Elizabeth Fournier and husband Edward of Glastonbury, Irene Brown and husband Allen of Wethersfield, JoAnn Faust of Bristol and Kathleen Nielson and husband Eric of Marietta, GA, her brother, Leonard Senofonte and his wife Jean of Windsor Locks, her two sisters, Josephine Cardell of Bristol and Sandy Coutu of Newington and a daughter-in-law, Mary Healey of Middletown. Nellie also leaves seven cherished grandchildren, David Fournier and wife, Stacey, Adam Harris, Martin Nielson, Kenneth Nielson, Matthew Healey, Caitlin Amenta and Eric Brown and wife, Alexa as well as great granddaughters, Arrienna and Chloe. Nellie was predeceased by a grandson, Michael and a son, Clinton E. Healey, III. Calling hour will be Monday (September 26) from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the D'Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd., Wethersfield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at Corpus Christi Church, 601 Silas Deane Hwy, Wethersfield. The burial will be in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield.
