Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Frank and Vincenza Scotella and a long time resident of Newington.
Frank had a love for music and playing the drums. He had a tender soul and much love in his heart for his family. Frank was sadly predeceased by his beloved son Paul Scotella.
Frank will be deeply missed by his brother Joseph Scotella and wife Tammy, his sister Maria Sabino and husband Douglas, his nephew Jonathan Illausky and wife Mandee, his niece Rebecca Borchetta and husband Aaron, his cherished great-niece, great-nephew, uncle, aunt and several cousins.
There will be no calling hours. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
