Helen Stella (Perruccio)

Helen (Perruccio) Stella, of Marlborough and formerly of Wethersfield, passed away on Tuesday (July 26, 2011) at Masonicare Healthcare Center in Wallingford. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Gaetano and Rosa (Lombardi) Perruccio. Helen worked alongside her family at their clothing factory for many years, Marie Phillips, Inc. in Hartford and later was a supervisor at the Lyn Grace Dress Factory in Middletown. She is survived by a daughter, Constance Stella Fields and her husband Rob and two grandchildren, Robert and Fallon Fields whom she loved so much. Helen was predeceased by her husband, Professor Dr. Curtis Stella, and a sister Paula Eickenbush. She now joins her husband in the presence of God.

Funeral services will leave Monday (August 1) at 9 a.m. from the D’Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd., Wethersfield for a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at the Church of the Incarnation, 544 Prospect Street, Wethersfield.
