John Michael Mirabello

John Michael Mirabello, 93, of Rocky Hill, husband of the late Catherine (Pugliese) Mirabello, died Saturday (December 15, 2012) at home. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Frank and Carmella (Infante) Mirabello and lived in Rocky Hill for the past 49 years. He was employed as a contractor at Frank Mirabello & Sons Company in Hartford. He was a proud veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army. John is survived by three children; Donna Fournier of Rocky Hill, Kathryn Mirabello of Rocky Hill and Frank J. Mirabello and his wife Joyce of Rocky Hill; two brothers, Frank Mirabello and his wife Ann of Wethersfield and Anthony Mirabello of Wethersfield and a sister, Rose Mirabella of Hartford. John also leaves eight cherished grandchildren, Brenda, Robert and Jason Fournier, David Manson and Paul, Linda, Nicholas and Nevaeh Mirabello. John was predeceased by a brother, Carmen Mirabello and two sisters, Phyllis Saccente and Mary Basile.

Funeral services and burial, with military honors, will be private. There are no calling hours. The D'Esopo Funeral Chapel of Wethersfield is assisting the family with arrangements.
