

Konstantine “Dino” Gletzakos, 52 of East Hartford, beloved son, brother and uncle, passed away unexpectedly on March 29, 2025. Born in Hartford on July 25, 1972, Dino grew up in East Hartford and Torrington. He was the son of the late Agisilaos “Ike” Gletzakos and Stella Gletzakos. He leaves behind his mother Stella; his brother, Peter and his wife Mandy and his beloved nieces, Vanessa and Nataley, as well as many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. Dino graduated from Torrington High School in 1990 and from the University of Connecticut in 1994 with a degree in Political Science and was a licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker. During his life Dino had many accomplishments. He, with his late brother and best friend George, were co-owners of South End Two Guys Pizza in Torrington, 36 Lewis St. Restaurant/Nightclub in Hartford and Parthenon Real Estate, LLC in West Hartford and Manchester. He was currently working on his new endeavor, KC Realty LLC.
Dino had too many interests to list. He was an avid UConn Huskies fan and football fanatic. He enjoyed going to the gym and working out five times a week, as well as traveling to Greece every summer, working on his house and seeing friends and relatives. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with his friends. Dino was a devoted son who took care of his mother, a loving brother who was always available to help in any way he could or just grab a cup of coffee and talk about the stock market and a remarkable uncle to his nieces, who he adored. He will be remembered for his loving nature, his devotion to his family, his selflessness and for his sense of humor. Dino was a member of the Connecticut Real Estate Association, a member of the West Hartford Chamber of Commerce and a member of Saint George Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Hartford. He will be missed but not forgotten. May God Bless his Soul and May He Rest in Peace.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, April 3 at 11 a.m. at St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 433 Fairfield Avenue, Hartford. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 433 Fairfield Avenue, Hartford, CT 06114 and to New England Donor Services, 60 First Avenue, Waltham, MA 02451. The D’Esopo Funeral Chapel, Wethersfield has been entrusted with the arrangements.
