

Lily C. Tata of Glastonbury, beloved wife of Sebastian Tata, died Sunday (August 17, 2008), in the presence of her loving family. Born in New York City, daughter of the late Josue and Lily (Kiretchjian) Del Rio, she had lived in Glastonbury for the past 30 years. Lily was employed by the State of Connecticut, Department of Corrections for over 10 years. She was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Lily was also a member of the Floridian Ladies Society and the Ladies Italian American Stars. Besides her husband of 24 years, she is survived by a son, Philip Coulson of Idaho; a daughter, Lily Clark of Florida; a step-son, Michael McDonald of Mansfield; three brothers, Josue Del Rio of New Jersey, Peter Del Rio of California and David Del Rio of Hawaii; three grandchildren, one great grandchild and many caring members of the Tata family as well as many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, August 26, at St. Luke's Church, 66 Bolton St, Hartford 06103. There are no calling hours. D'Esopo Funeral Chapel of Wethersfield is assisting the family with arrangements.
