Lorena (Barnett) Parracino

Lorena (Barnett) Parracino, 96, of Manchester, beloved wife of the late Leonard Parracino, entered into eternal life on Tuesday (September 17, 2013). She was the daughter of the late Alec and Leah Barnett. Lorena was a Hartford native and a longtime resident of Manchester. She was a retiree of G. Fox & Co. and The Zayre Co. Her passion was cooking and crafts. A beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she will be dearly missed by her son, Leonard Parracino and his wife Sue of Manchester; three beloved grandchildren, Lenny and girlfriend Brandi, Dean and wife Lynette and Leah Parracino, along with seven great –grandchildren. Lorena was predeceased by her brothers, Bill, Alec, Dwayne, Stan and her sisters, Irene and Dorothy. Funeral services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at the D’Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd., Wethersfield. Interment will follow at St. James Cemetery, Manchester.
