She was born on June 1, 1927 in New Hope and was the daughter of the late Carson Grover and Addie Marguerite Walter Garber.
Bess wanted to see Jesus for so long because of her hurting.
She is survived by her her husband of 67 years, Charles L. Ralston.
Also surviving are her two children, Carson R. Ralston (Bonnie) and Sherry Taylor (Jimmy); four grandchildren, Sarah Fritz (Scott), Ben Ralston, Israel Stickley (Carla), and Hannah Stickley (Mark Glenn, Jr.); two step-grandchildren, Jamie and Jon Taylor (Jennifer); one great-granddaughter, Serenity Faith Ralston; and six step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Jack Garber and a sister Faye Morris.
Per her request, there will be no visitation or viewing at the funeral home and burial will be private.
