Stephen "Pepper" Edward Turner

Stephen “Pepper” Edward Turner, 56, of Weyers Cave passed away on Saturday, June 1, 2019. He was born on February 28, 1963 in Washington, DC and was the son of Betty Hatton Turner of Weyers Cave and the late Stanley E. Turner. Steven is also survived by a sister, Jackie Reed and two brothers, Stanley and James Turner. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Jody Turner and a brother, David W. Turner. Honoring his wishes he will be cremated and private services will be held at a later date.
