He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of sixty-two years, Gail Morales Berthelot; three children, Brian Berthelot (Amy), Kenny Berthelot (Sheena) and Shelly Berthelot Hudson; seven grandchildren, Matthew Berthelot (Chris), Whitney Hudson Morgan, Alli Berthelot (Jesse), Mallory Hudson, Gage Berthelot and Kenneth “KJ” Berthelot Jr.; four great grandchildren, Wren and Sebastian Morgan and Addi Kate and Ronnie Comeaux; one sister, Gursie Alleman and his special dog, Buddy.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Sherry Berthelot; parents, Joseph and Julia Templet Berthelot and his six siblings, Felmon Berthelot, Delta Coupel, Helman “Mano” Berthelot, Alta Berthelot, Earl Berthelot and Eula Landry.
