
Larry was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He treasured time spent with his family and his wife at their camp in Grand Isle. Whether he was tinkering in his shop or lending a helping hand, Larry was happiest when he was providing for those he loved. He was a hardworking man who always put his family first.
He is survived by his two daughters, Julie Pilcher (Hal) and Laurie Picou (John); one son, Kevin Daigle (Tina); four grandchildren, Hallie Coreil (Jeff), Ross Pilcher (Kelly), Joshua Daigle, and Kelly Maggio (Samuel); seven great-grandchildren, Rye Coreil, Reid Coreil, Zion Maggio, Jude Maggio, Koa Maggio, Olive Maggio and Sutton Pilcher and his brother, Roy Daigle.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Florence Daigle; parents, Felix and Marie Landry Daigle and his eight siblings.
The family would like to thank his special caregivers, Rochelle Mackbee and Lakeisha Hatten for their care and support in their time of need.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church Mausoleum in White Castle, LA. Fr. Alec Sheldon will be officiating the service.
