

Edmund D. Mullin, 80, of the Whiting section of Manchester Twp., passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 29, at home surrounded by family. He was a systems manager with the US District Court of Brooklyn, NY. He spent many years as an International Banker with Citi Bank in New York and San Juan, Puerto Rico where he was responsible for building Citi Bank. He was a highly experienced administrator with exceptional skills. He was a US Army Veteran of WW II. He loved making Doll Houses, and really anything that involved working with his hands. He was an avid reader and possessed a brilliant mind. He was very humble and was respected by many. Born in Staten Island, NY, he resided in Staten Island most of his life before moving to Whiting in 1996. Don as he was known, is survived by his wife of 28 years, Nancy Mullin, a daughter Stacy & her husband Ricky Weinstein of Trumbull, CT., a daughter Eileen Menegas of Matawan, a son Frederick Sklenar of Eau Claire, WI., and a granddaughter Madeline. A Memorial Service will be on Friday, April 13, 2012 at 2:30pm in the Chapel at the Brig Gen Wm C Doyle NJ Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown, NJ.
