

She was born in Philadelphia, Pa. and was raised in Manayunk. She graduated from Roxborough High School with honors. She lived in North Wales, Pa. before moving to Whiting, NJ 8 years ago.
She was an avid and accomplished artist winning many awards as well as a full scholarship to Moore Institute of Art in Philadelphia. This was unheard of for a woman in the mid-twentieth century.
Elizabeth was predeceased by her husband Harry in 1971. Also by two sisters: Mildred Rossetti in 1979 and Amanda Payne 2011.
Surviving are a son Harry and his wife Debbie of Red Hill, Pa. and two daughters: Elizabeth June Gramlich and her husband Larry of Waretown, NJ and Martha Emmett and her husband Doug of Little Egg Harbor, NJ. Also, nine grandchildren: Karen, Jennifer, Bonnie, Christopher, Elizabeth, Douglas, Jason, Breanne and Brooksie and twenty great-grandchildren.
A memorial gathering to celebrate her life will be held on Monday, June 25, 2012 from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at 11:30 AM at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 115 Lacey Road, Whiting, NJ., 08759.
