Frederick A. Phillips, 93, of Whiting, NJ passed away on March 31, 2015. Frederick was born in Monsey, NY. He worked most of his life for Nyack Buick as a Service Manager in Nyack, NY. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy in WWII. Frederick is survived by his loving wife, Naomia (nee Smith) of 69 years. A graveside service will be held at Brick Church Cemetery, Spring Valley, NY on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at 12:00pm Arrangements are under the direction of Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, Whiting, NJ.
