A man of faith, quiet strength, patience and resolve. He loved God first and his family above all things. He attended Southeast High School as a teenager and graduated in the top of his class.
This group of top seniors were given the following charge by the school:
“It shall be their duty as Seniors to perform their obligations quickly and efficiently and in such a way as to give good example to the other students. It shall be their duty, also, to lead the student body not only in conduct, but in studies, religion, athletics, school spirit, and only those things that will be conducive to a better Southeast Catholic. They must and will labor long and hard to bring Honor, Fame, and Victory to their school.
This experience taught him the values he carried throughout his life.
As a young man Guy worked hard in the family business to support his family while always continuing to honor his father & mother and his relationships with his brothers and sisters.
Guy lived out his faith as an example to all that knew him. He inspired by example never offering a better way to live but gently guiding those around him. He’ll have a lasting influence on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
