Gary J. Danieski Jr.

Gary J. Danieski, Jr., 56, of Whiting, NJ, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Gary was born in Fort Benning, GA and moved to Whiting, NJ shortly after where he was a lifelong resident. He graduated from Manchester Township High School in 1987. When he was younger, Gary worked security for many bars & clubs at the Jersey Shore including the Chatterbox in Seaside Heights, Joey Harrison’s Surf Club in Ortley Beach and D’Jais in Belmar. He went on to work security for Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City for 20 years and grounds for Leisure Village West for 34 years.

Gary loved entertaining, having parties and traveling on cruises with his friends. He was loved by everyone he met and will be dearly missed by his family & lifelong friends.

Gary was predeceased by his father Gary J. Danieski, Sr. and his grandmother Edna Giberson, both in 2024; and his grandfather Harley Giberson in 2016. He is survived by his beloved mother, Lois Danieski; his sister Lori Newnom and her husband Jake; and his doggie nephew, Willie.

Cremation will be private. Gary’s ashes will be interred with his father’s at Old Whiting Cemetery at a later date. Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 115 Lacey Rd. in Whiting, NJ is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
