Born in Newark New Jersey and last resided in Whiting New Jersey.
Prior to retiring she was a quality control inspector for Western Electric (Lucent Technologies).
She was the daughter of the late Thomas Anthony Reihing and Jeannette Scheueremann Reihing. She was preceded in death by one sister Blanche Scheuler.
Virginia is survived by two brothers (Thomas "Tommy" Reihing, Jack and spouse Pat Reihing of Toms River, a sister Myrtle Birchell of Florida.
A son Rev.Gary Maskell and his wife Melissa of Warren Arkansas. A grandson Adam Maskell also of Warren Arkansas. 5 granddaughters Rachel Maskell, Morgana Maskell Lee, Bethany Maskell, Julia Pinder & Amanda Pinder.
