Dawn Marie Craig

Dawn Marie Craig, 86, of Wichita Falls, Texas, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, November 5, 2021. The graveside celebration will be held at 10AM, Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Crestview Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Hampton Vaughn Crestview.

Dawn was born July 6, 1935 in Bowie, Texas. She was a graduate of Bowie, Texas High School. She worked for the Civil Service in Medical Records at the hospital on Sheppard Air Force Base. She retired from the Civil Service in 1990. She continued to work a few additional years at the State Hospital in Wichita Falls until retiring full time.

Dawn wore many ‘hats’ in her lifetime. Including daughter, sister, wife, mom, aunt, cousin, friend, homemaker, Medical Records Technician, coach. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, playing Bridge, dancing and traveling. It is requested you wear your favorite hat in honor of Dawn, as she collected and liked to wear hats.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ethel and Claude Osborne Stom, Sr.; husband of 36 years, Dan Craig; daughter, Belinda Nethery; and son, Guy Nethery.

She is survived by her daughter, Terri Donnelly and husband, Ed; son, Steve Nethery and wife Ruth; daughter in law, Denise Nethery; grandchildren, Natalie Beyer and husband, Mark; Dawson Nethery and wife Ashley; Dylan Nethery, Chloe Nethery and Phoebe Nethery; great grandchildren, Theodore Nethery and Eleanor Nethery.
