

Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday at 1:00 pm in the sanctuary of Floral Heights United Methodist Church, with the Rev. David Turner officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 in the evening on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Hampton Vaughan Funeral home.
Helen was born October, 10, 1927 in Port Arthur, Texas to Glady and Robert Strange. Proceeded in death by husband Robert L. Wingler and son Gregory Bryan Wingler and brother Bud Malin and Parents Glady and Robert Strange.
Helen was a loving Christian wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She grew up in Port Arthur, Texas where she met and married Robert Wingler. They moved to Wichita Falls in the mid. 50”s. She worshipped her Lord at Floral Heights United Methodist Church. She supported many worthy causes in Wichita Falls and was a long time member of the Wichita Falls Woman’s Forum and Mid Western University Presidents Club.
She had a passion for traveling and seeing the world. Helen was a woman with a gentle, generous spirit and love for others that was limitless. Throughout life’s trials she never lost her faith in God. She will be greatly missed by her family.
Survivors include her son Jimmy Kirk Wingler of Waco, TX, Granddaughter Dana Lynn Tsukahara of Fort Worth, TX, Grandson Mark Allen Wingler of Hawaii, Two great grandsons Jack and Henry Tsukahara of Fort Worth, TX, Two great-granddaughters Fathe and Kali Wingler of Hawaii, Six brothers, Bill and wife Sue Malin, Pete and Wife Laura Strange, Jerry and Wife Carolyn Strange, Mickey and Wife Roxie Strange, Kenny Malin of Buna, TX, Jerry Malin of Tomball, TX, Two sisters Ann and Husband Milton Huebel of Port Arthur, TX and Susie Mouton of Buna, TX and Many Nieces and Nephews.
