.Johnie Lee “John” Peal, 72, of Wichita Falls died Tuesday, December 6, 2011. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 PM Saturday, December 10, 2011 at Crestview Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Mickey Miller of Mankins Baptist Church officiating. Entombment will follow under the direction of Hampton Vaughan. No formal visitation is scheduled.
Mr. Peal was born September 13, 1939 in Marmet, WV to Orville and Helen Peal. He owned Leehigh Sheet Metal in Fairfax, VA before moving to Wichita Falls five years ago where he made many friends He was a devout Christian and member of Antioch Church in Lunray, VA. John loved to fish, both fresh water and deep sea, as well as to hunt.
Mr. Peal was preceded in death by his parents and cousin, Elaine Robinson.
Survivors include two children, one grandchild; cousins, Robin Robinson, Gina Boyce, and C. G. Robinson, all of Wichita Falls and several other cousins.
